Community Service and Support
Central Animal Hospital is proud to be an active member of our community. We are one of five local clinics that rotate on-call duties for the Coulee Region Humane Society and our local animal control. We are active participants in the low cost Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (S.N.A.P.) and all three of our veterinarians serve on committees for the Coulee Region Humane Society.

Each year we help sponsor events in the La Crosse area including Bark in the Park, Family Fest, the Laff Olympics at Oktoberfest, and the Cause for Paws annual banquet.

We are proud to provide veterinary services for all eight canine officers of the Wisconsin State Patrol, Czak, of the Onalaska Police Department, Winston, of the Campbell Police Department, and the canine officer of the Holmen Police Department.  Central Animal Hospital also donated a Kevlar Combo Stab-Ballistic Vest to Czak, of the Onalaska Police Department.

We are also active members of our veterinary community. Dr. Kim Kratt is a Past President of the Coulee Region Veterinary Medical Association and Dr. Doug Kratt is a Past President of the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Robert Forbes is the President of the Coulee Region Veterinary Medical Association.
